One record instead of the nine tabs your team has open right now
Messages, tasks, files and approvals attach to the same card. A designer moves that card and the client sees it, the timeline shifts, and the hours land on the invoice without anyone retyping a thing.
Teams that moved off a spreadsheet and a chat channel cut their weekly status meeting from 55 minutes to 12, because the board already answers the question the meeting existed to ask.

Four things that take the admin out of a delivery week
Tasks and timesheets
Log hours on the task itself. Friday closes with a draft invoice already written.
Client safe sharing
Hand a client a view-only board. They comment on work and never see rates, margins or internal notes.
Open a sample client board
Boards that bend
Fields, statuses and views follow how your team already works. Setup takes an afternoon, not a certification.
Slippage shows up early
A task that misses its date twice raises a flag on the lead’s board while there is still room to move it.
INTEGRATIONS
Slack
A task comment lands in the channel. Reply in Slack and the reply is on the card.
Google Calendar
Due dates and booked hours appear as calendar entries people can actually see.
Figma
Paste a file link and the card shows the current frame, not the version from Tuesday.
GitHub
Link a branch to a task. The task closes when the pull request merges.
Xero
Approved timesheets become draft invoices with the project and rate already filled in.
Google Drive
Attach a folder once. Everyone on the card gets access at the right permission level.
Zoom
Meeting notes and the recording link attach to the project they were about.
Zapier
340 more apps, if the seven above do not cover the one you need.
See who is 30 hours over capacity before Monday
Booked hours, completion rate and billed value for every person, updated as work moves. Reassigning an overloaded week takes two clicks and no spreadsheet.
Capacity in hours
Every person shows booked hours against available hours for the next 14 days.
Permissions by role
Contractors see only their own tasks. Rates and margins stay with the account owner.

SECURITY AND DATA
Your rate card is the most sensitive thing you will put in here
Cobham is SOC 2 Type II audited, hosted in eu-west-1 or us-east-1 at your choice, and encrypted at rest with AES-256. Every export is a one-click CSV or JSON of everything you ever wrote, available on any plan including the trial. There is no retention hold and no exit fee.

SOC 2 Type II
Audited annually by a third party. The current report is available under NDA in one working day.
You pick the region
Data stays in eu-west-1 or us-east-1. It is chosen at signup and never moves without your written request.
Permissions by role
Contractors see their own tasks. Rates, margins and billing are visible to the account owner only.
Export on any plan
Full CSV or JSON of projects, tasks, comments and time, in one click, including during the trial.

BEFORE YOU SWITCH
Six things worth checking before you move a live project
If the answer you need is not here, ask on a 20 minute call and we will tell you when Cobham is the wrong fit.
$780 a month on Team, billed monthly, with no minimum term and no setup fee. Seats are counted on the day we invoice, so a contractor who leaves in week two is not charged for week three. Annual billing takes 12% off and is the only thing that requires a contract.
We import projects, tasks, subtasks, assignees, due dates, comments and attachments. What does not come across is automation rules and custom dashboards, and we tell you which ones before you commit. Your old tool stays readable for 30 days, so a bad import is reversible by doing nothing.
The import runs in under an hour for most accounts. The part that takes time is agreeing your statuses, which is half a day with a lead. Across our last 200 signups the median time from import to the first invoice raised out of Cobham was 9 days.
The account owner and anyone they explicitly add to the billing role. Contractors see only tasks assigned to them. Clients on a shared board see task names, dates and their own comments, and nothing about money. Permissions are per project, not per account.
One click exports every project, task, comment, file and time entry as CSV or JSON, on any plan, including during the trial. We hold nothing back and there is no exit fee. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days and we send written confirmation.
Scale carries a 99.9% monthly SLA with service credits. Starter and Team run on the same infrastructure with the same monitoring, they just do not carry a contractual credit. The live status page and the last 90 days of incidents are public.

A 34 person studio cut its rework bill by 21% in one quarter
We were rebuilding work because feedback lived in three inboxes and nobody knew which version was current. Putting every approval on the card ended that. Rework dropped from 14% of billable hours to 11% in the first quarter, which is about 480 hours a year we now sell instead of absorb. Migration from Asana took our ops lead two days.
